The Living Well with Diabetes Workshop provides information and teaches skills to help manage your diabetes daily, prevent complications, and live healthier. Gain the confidence and motivation to better manage your symptoms and the challenges of living with diabetes.

This free workshop is for people living with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes as well as their caregivers and family members. Participants meet for 2.5 hours, once a week for 6 weeks.
